We process natural rubbers conforming to ISNR 10 and ISNR 20 equivalent to International Standards. Major tyre- manufacturing Companies in India and abroad and companies producing other rubberised groups regularly are depended on us for their raw materialrequirements. Our present producion capacity is 24 MT, of TSNR per day with enough scope for further expansion to meet the demands of the industry.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The Plant is located in a place where field coagula is available in plenty. Fieldcoagula collected from places foreign wide are mixed well to ensure homogenity.

This material is then carefully sorted out to remove any possible presence of physical contaminents. After removing the visible material contaminants, the raw material is soaked in water to remove the soluble impurities. Material then passes through two pre-breakers, followed by a hammer mill in pre-cleaning stage.

This semi-finished goods once again passes through 5 creepers and a hammer mill for final particle reduction. The material is then filled in stainless steel trolleys at a modern filling unit. The rubber filled in these trolleys then pass through the tunnel dryer incorporated with modern temeperature control systems. Dried Rubber is collected and compressed in a hydrollic press to form bales of 25 Kgs. This rubber so produced is also called block rubber.

Till date we have avoided emission of -metric tons of carbon dioxide by the use of biomass gasifier to meet the requirements of thermal energy.
