Ideal Crumb Rubber Factory is an ultra modern natural rubber-processing unit producing high quality technically specified natural rubber. The main products manufactured are ISNR-20 and ISNR-10 which are widely used as the raw material in tyre and other allied industriesmanufacturing rubber products.
We use high quality field coagula collected from rubber planters situtated for and wide in Kerala, together with cup lumps and un-smoked rubber sheets as raw materials. Located in the heart-land of rubber in this country, this unit has instant advantage of nearness to high quality of raw materials.

We are using producer gas generated in Biomass gasifiers as renewable and alternative source of energy instead of fossil fuels which generate high amount of carbon dioxide. Use of biomass gasifiers ensures non-emission of carbon dioxide which endangers the mother earth. Company also has incorporated water pollution treatment plant to purify the polluted water after processing.
We are the approved raw material suppliers to almost all the major tyre-manufacturing companies of India.
We also export sizeable quantity of Indian Standard Natural Rubber to many countries in Asia, Middle east, Europe etc.
